Pawleys Island Market Statistics Forecast March 2010

The forecast for the Pawleys Island Real Estate Market is coming up in sales, but somewhat down in price.  Taking a look at the sold properties in January and February of 2010, the consumer will see that the number of residential sales doubled.  On the other hand, the average volume of a sale came down from $369,975 in January 2010 to $366,433 in February 2010.  Currently the total number of pending (those properties with accepted contracts, but have not closed, due to close in March) sales for the single family residential real estate market in Pawleys Island has almost doubled from February. The average volume has risen as well (can not report this number)  Is there a trend? 

The forecast for the season seems to be taking an upswing.  This is good news after a long cold winter and oversupplied housing market.  I do hope that if a buyer comes to look in this market, they can see the upside of these numbers!  In conclusion, it is a great time to be investing in Pawleys Island Real Estate Market.
