Tradition residents can enjoy a clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, and private access to the beach by way of Litchfield by The Sea. The neighborhood also boasts sidewalks and walkways, a true rare amenity.
The fees for the homeowners association are reasonable. . The homes are built by Centex and floorplans are generally open and flow nicely. The clubhouse is roughly 15 years old.
